Terms of Service

Southern Air and Electric

By opting in to or using the text messaging and web-based AI services provided by Southern Air and Electric (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Program Description

Our messaging program and web AI interface are designed to provide efficient communication for our HVAC and electrical clients in Nolensville and surrounding areas. Messages are sent to provide:

* Appointment reminders and schedule changes.

* Technician en-route notifications.

* Digital invoices and payment links via Jobber.com.

* Responses to service inquiries via our AI receptionist.

* Seasonal maintenance reminders or promotional offers.

2. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the device and express written consent to receive automated text messages from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service needs and interactions with our AI receptionist. You can typically expect 2–4 messages per service request (e.g., booking confirmation, reminder, en-route notice, and invoice).

5. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text STOP to 615-288-5595

After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

6. Customer Support (HELP)

7. Interruptions and Liability

We and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes related to these services shall be handled in accordance with the regulations of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act and federal TCPA guidelines.
